At BlaCk OWned Outerwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your items, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as BlaCk OWned is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team with your order number at info@blackowned19xx.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
